Custom Timber Frame Hardware - Copper Basin, Prescott

Custom hardware fabrication for a uniquely framed deck and timber-framed log cabin in the Copper Basin area of Prescott, Arizona. The structure required one-off connection details that fell outside the range of stock hardware, with each junction carrying its own geometry, load path, and finish requirement. The project was specified for custom welded brackets and weldments engineered around the actual framing. Granite Mountain MetalWorks fabricated each piece of hardware to the specific connection it serves, working from the framing layout to deliver brackets that fit the timbers and deck framing without on-site modification. Every weldment was built to the engineered load requirements while preserving the exposed, clean appearance of the timber framing. The completed assembly delivers a complex timber-framed cabin and deck made possible by purpose-built welded steel hardware fabricated specifically for the structure.
